Further Information: I worked as an Army Welfare Worker for thirteen years, supporting officers, soldiers and their familes in helping them to work through and overcome personal welfare and social problems.
I have also trained with Relate and have experience in relationship work.

In addition, I run evening classes as a facilitator for Family Links and have 15 years' experience working with young adults, supporting them through emotional and personal life changes. I also work with sports men/women to help them reach their full potential through the use of visualisation.
