Elizabeth is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist able to deal with many kinds of emotional and psychological difficulties. Her aim is to get you back to happy living as quickly as possible. She holds the Human Givens Post-Graduate Diploma (grade: distinction) and applies a range of counselling methods; is a trained Mindfulness facilitator and has also been a qualified and registered teacher for over twenty years.

Elizabeth has a comfortable private therapy room in her own home and is willing to travel to see clients if needed. Click on the website for more details.

Alongside working in her private practice, ElizabethŐs counselling experience also includes: counselling within the charity organisation, Mind; working as an Honorary Psychotherapist in the NHS; teaching Mindfulness to individuals and groups. Elizabeth's background has also involved specialised teaching of children and teenagers with a range of emotional and behavioural needs including AspergerŐs Syndrome, combined with supporting their families. She also has a wide range of experience in offering cognitive therapy and counselling to adults who have acquired a head injury along with offering support to their families.

Elizabeth has up-to-date CRB clearance.
