Heather is the Training and Wellbeing Director of a Human Resources Social Enterprise Company.

Heather studied 'Human Givens' when she worked as a Welfare Officer
in the public sector. Moving on to work for the mental health charity Mind, Heather used the Human Givens approach to design personal development training for people with enduring mental health problems.
As well as working as a Human Givens Psychotherapist Heather also teaches emotional health and wellbeing in the Life Long Learning Sector. She has delivered 'wellbeing' training to community groups and 'Unionlearn' (the training group of the Trade Union Congress) as well as
in the private sector.
