I am a regular HG practitioner and have a wealth of experience in dealing with many types of issues from self-esteem, depression (all categories), trauma, work/life stress-related, elderly loneliness, youngsters with anxiety and other behaviour problems, as well as many other types of concerns for all ages.

I have retired from 30 years of teaching, where I have been part of the Senior Management Team and the Designated Lead for Safeguarding, Children in Care and Pastoral Welfare.
