If you would like to become a Member of the HGI, print out the appropriate Members' Application Form PDF, fill in your details and send it, with your cheque (made payable to the Human Givens Institute Ltd.) or completed standing order instruction, to: The Human Givens Institute, Chalvington, East Sussex, BN27 3TD, UK.

Graduate Members
All successful graduates of the Human Givens Diploma are invited to join the Institute on completion. If you meet the appropriate requirements and haven't yet received your invitation, or have misplaced it, but would like to join the HGI as a Graduate Member, please print out the HG Professional Members' Application Form PDF, complete all the appropriate requested information, enclose copies of any relevant paperwork, and send it, with your cheque (made payable to the Human Givens Institute Ltd.) or completed standing order instruction, to: The Human Givens Institute, Chalvington, East Sussex, BN27 3TD, UK.
Registered Members
All successful graduates of the Human Givens Post Graduate Diploma are invited to upgrade or join the Institute as a Registered Member. If you meet the appropriate requirements and haven't yet received your invitation, or have misplaced it, but would like to join the HGI as a Registered Member, please print out the HG Professional Members' Application Form PDF, complete all the appropriate requested information, enclose copies of any relevant paperwork, and send it, with your cheque (made payable to the Human Givens Institute Ltd.) or completed standing order instruction, to us at the address below.
Please note, if you would like to be included on the HGI's official Register of Approved HG Practitioners, you will also need to print out, complete and send in your HG Practitioners' Professional Register Application Entry Form with your application to: The Human Givens Institute, Chalvington, East Sussex, BN27 3TD, UK.
Applications
All applications received will be acknowledged and processed as soon as possible. Once your application has been processed you will receive your first copy of the Human Givens journal, your login details for the Internet Forum, and your certificate of membership (for Graduate and Registered Members only.)
Previous Applications for Membership
If any applicant has previously applied for membership, or been elected and either resigned or allowed that membership to lapse, this should be stated in a covering note when reapplying. An earlier application/membership will not adversely affect a new application, but may enable the Institute to locate previous information and possibly speed up the processing of your new application.
Change of Address
If you change your name or address please let the Institute know at once so that you will continue to receive your copies of the journal, newsletter and any other relevant information.
Overseas Applications
If applying from outside the UK, £8 is added to your fee to cover additional postage costs.
