Further Information: I have over fifteen years' experience of working within the field of psychological wellbeing in a variety of contexts.
I began my career by setting up and managing therapeutic communities within two prison settings and went on to deliver and develop community substance misuse services in the North East. This work gave me a strong belief in the resources we all have within us to change our lives for the better, even in the bleakest circumstances.

The Human Given approach works for me because it focuses on enabling individuals to locate their own creative resources it is practical and it works.

At the moment I work part time as a therapist and group facilitator within a busy mental health charity (Hartlepool Mind). I am also a published author/iluustrator and an artist.

I am willing to see clients anywhere within the Noth Yorkshire, County Durham or Teesside areas.

I have full CRB clearance.
