My background is in teaching in FE/HE sector training counsellors; alongside this I have worked as a qualified therapist since 1993 with clients from a wide range of backgrounds including an NHS Drug and Alcohol support centre, a busy GP's practice, private practice and more recently with Hartlepool MIND. This has given me many years of experience of working with mental health and personal development issues. Now having the benefit of Human Givens training I have found that in working with the HG approach, clients quickly regain their ability
to recover from past limitations and move forward in more productive ways. I have a particular interest in working with trauma and phobia issues including combat stress.
