Emily has worked in the NHS and privately, for over 10 years helping people move on from difficulties that were holding them back. She is currently employed as a Lead Occupational Therapist in Sussex.

Her interest and experience in self harm and her passion for the effectiveness of the Human Givens approach led her to lecture on the subject for the institute.

She has a particular interest and belief in the mind and body connection and takes a holistic approach to her work.

Emily is a fellow of the Human Givens Institute and has contributed to their publications including a chapter in 'Ideas in Practice'.

Emily holds an enhanced CRB disclosure.
