Further Information:

Julia believes we are all born with gifts and talents but a lot of us don't know how to access these and bring them to life. The Human Givens approach teaches us a system of organising ideas to help us connect with our extensive resources despite tragic events and the unsupportive environment in which we are currently living or we may have been brought up in. Fact is the Human Givens approach works. The extensive CORE study provides evidence-based data into its effectiveness. Julia passed her Human Givens diploma course with a distinction. She has seen the benefits and practicality of the HG method and would like to empower more clients to make equally positive changes and their life meaningful and rewarding again.

Julia was brought up and educated in North West Germany. Her University studies enabled her to live in various countries including England, where she decided to settle. She used to work as a full-time teacher in secondary education, liaising in a pastoral role between parents, staff and students and working as part of the careers advisory department. Currently, Julia delivers workshops and does 1:1 sessions in schools and other educational settings. She helps teachers with their work/life balance and works with students to raise their achievements through helping them to lower their anxiety/stress levels, build up their confidence and improve their time-management and concentration.

As an Autogenics practitioner, Julia teaches a specialist stress management method to groups and individuals in her local area.

Her private practice is a 5 minute walk from Hampton train station, only 4 stops after Kingston or Richmond on the Waterloo-Shepperton line. Julia has an enhanced CRB disclosure and is happy to take NHS as well as private referrals. For the elderly and those that are housebound, home visits can be arranged.
