Kirsty especially enjoys the positive approach to counselling which can help to relieve people's emotional distress and enable them to engage with life more fully. She aims to help people feel better quickly and come away with a set of practical skills.

She is a qualified Adult Nurse and works as a heatlhy workplace advisor for public sector bodies.

As well as developing a private counselling practice within Leamington Spa she is currently working within several organisations offering therapy to employees. Kirsty is a volunteer at a local hospice and is particularly interested in working with people who are bereaved.

Kirsty is happy to take NHS referrals and is happy to speak with individuals about how she can help before any appointment is made.
