Louise has a BA (hons psychology) and MA from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Edinburgh University. Louise is also a qualified Human Givens Therapist and Hypnotherapist (ICHP) and holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (IINH). Working from the Human Givens approach to mental health Louise works in private practice in Country Kildare. Where appropriate Louise also gives advice on nutritional approaches that, along with Human Givens Therapy, will support and assist in the recovery of problems such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addictions and eating disorders.
