Mary has been a complementary practitioner for many years working as a healer on a voluntary basis since 1995. She is also a qualified Stress Management Consultant and has much experience in helping people dealing with challenging issues in their lives.

She now looks forward to utilizing the human givens approach in her practice by helping people learn new skills and ways of moving forward successfully, so they can live richer and more satisfying liives.
