	Specialist Areas: Paul is committed to assisting people move on in whatever area(s) of their life that is not working properly at present. He has a keen interest in helping depressed people break out of this crippling cycle as quickly as possible. Paul also helps people manage stress, overcome anxiety and how to gain freedom from anger and all kinds of addictions. He has experience of treating people with trauma and PTSD, obsessions, panic attacks, social phobias and relationship issues in the workplace and at home.

	Further Information Paul has experience of teaching young people at both primary and post-primary level. He has considerable experience in leading and working with individuals, being a partner and the driving force behind his own extremely successsful company for the last 14 years.
