Further Information: Richard worked as a careers advisor for many years and specialised in working with unemployed teenagers; children excluded from mainstream education; and children with additional emotional and behavioural difficulties.

He now works four days a week as a counsellor for a large Secondary Community School. As well as taking private clients of all ages, he has been an anger management consultant to a local authority Learning Care Team and to a secondary school.
