Further Information:
Following a career in public relations and marketing, I spent many years practising and teaching meditation. For ten years I was the principal teacher at two London meditation centres. During this time I regularly taught meditation and philosophy
at international conferences.
Subsequently I developed an interest in contemporary western psychology and went on to study psychotherapy with the Human Givens College and Nottingham Trent University.
As a psychotherapist, I find that my current experience dovetails with
my previous training to give me complementary skills: those which help
people overcome present problems swiftly, and those which help them
to continue to manage stress well into the future.
I am also a qualified Pilates instructor and I combine exercise and psychotherapy to treat clients wth pain management issues.
