I run a private practice from my home in North London on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am to 8pm, currently offering face-to-face or on-line sessions of approximately one hour's length.
Having worked as a therapist in a number of different settings, I can thoroughly recommend the Human Givens’ solution-focussed approach for overcoming life’s challenges. Together with my clients, we look at what’s not working in their lives, before deciding on a personal goal and the best way in which to achieve it. This will include learning new strategies for moving forward, safe ways of working through past trauma and the importance of deep relaxation and its benefits for both mind and body.
