About me

I offer a warm, empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is practical and solution-focused, designed to help you navigate current challenges effectively.

Psychoeducation is an important part of my work—this involves explaining how our minds work and why we feel the way we do, in a way that’s simple and easy to understand.

In addition to addressing your current concerns, my goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to face future challenges more confidently.

Beyond my counselling and psychotherapy training, I work as a veterinary surgeon in small animal practice and run a home euthanasia service for pets. My experience and training in pet loss support also inform my counselling practice, particularly in helping clients through the grief of losing a beloved animal.
