About me

Stress, confidence, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationships – the challenges of modern life.

I offer emotional health therapy to help clients achieve their full potential by overcoming lifelong difficulties and/or current concerns. Beneficial changes are often experienced after only one session.

Using the Human Givens approach I help clients use their resources effectively to meet their emotional needs. To do this I employ a variety of up-to-date, practical and proven techniques aimed at problem solving that are known to be fast and effective. Therapy is unique to each individual because everyone’s needs are different.

My aim is to promote the health and wellbeing of my clients by using my life’s experience and training as a nurse, bereavement counsellor and Human Givens therapist. Over the last 20 years I have contributed to improving the emotional and physical health of individuals troubled with stress and stress-related illnesses. I have helped clients restore inner harmony and balance to their emotional energy, as well as help them achieve a greater sense of control, confidence and self-esteem.

My practice, Inner harmony, has flexible opening hours from Monday – Friday. I see clients via Zoom or face to face.
