About me

Rosie is a compassionate and highly experienced therapist who has spent over a decade helping people from all walks of life find relief from emotional and psychological distress. As a Human Givens therapist, Rosie combines practical, effective strategies with a warm, empathetic approach to help clients quickly feel better and achieve lasting positive change.

Rosie’s therapeutic style is centered on understanding your unique needs and working collaboratively to address them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life’s everyday stresses, Rosie offers a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and find practical solutions that work for you. Her focus is always on helping you regain a sense of balance and well-being, drawing on the proven methods of the Human Givens approach.

Rosie has a particular specialisation in perinatal mental health, offering expert support to parents during pregnancy and the early years of their child’s life. She understands the unique pressures that this time can bring and provides tailored therapy to help parents navigate these challenges with confidence and calm.

In addition to her private practice, Rosie is the Founder and Managing Director of Nurture the Borders, a charity dedicated to supporting the mental health of parents. Within this role, she provides specialist therapy and works closely with perinatal mental health teams to deliver education and resources that empower families during this critical period.

Rosie’s previous work in the NHS and local government, where she led initiatives to reduce inequalities and support marginalised communities, enriches her therapeutic practice. Her commitment to inclusivity and understanding ensures that all clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported on their journey to better mental health.

Her approach is different because it’s not just about talking—she gives you real strategies to improve your day-to-day life. I’ve made more progress with her in a few weeks than I did in months with other therapists."
