About me

Sometimes we experience challenges in our lives which we cannot overcome on our own. It’s times like these where it is helpful to ‘borrow’ someone else’s brain! I would like to share my years of personal experience in supporting people to cope with depression, anxiety, panic attacks and trauma, to help you right now. When we are anxious, stressed or depressed, our brain can hijack our thoughts and it’s helpful to have someone shine an alternative light on them to help us rehearse a way towards a happier life.

Because of my work both within the NHS and in the community supporting people in the transition to becoming parents I specialise in all aspects of trauma and depression associated with pregnancy, birth, neonatal admissions and losses. However, no matter what age or gender you are or whatever challenges you are experiencing, I can help you feel better, sometimes rapidly, and restore your hope for a life in which you can get your emotional needs met in healthy ways.
