Sophie Lacey

Besides being a qualified Human Givens Practitioner I am also a qualified Systemic Practitioner and have been a Registered Mental Health Nurse for over fifteen years.

I currently work in the NHS Child Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) as a Nurse Practitioner.

I do offer private work and am happy to work with anyone over the age of 12 and especially enjoy working with couples and families.

I come from a military background and also have experience working with serving and ex-military professionals and their families and understand the issues the military lifestyle can cause. Equally I am just as happy working with people from different cultures to my own.

I believe in promoting good mental health and enjoy offering one off sessions on how to combat stress; depression and anxiety as a preventative self help measure.

I am based in the Lincolnshire village of Heckington which is easy to get to by road or train.

I do have an up to date DBS check.
