About me

Anne-Marie has had a life-long interest in human psychology and was introduced to the Human Givens approach in 2011. The approach, which is practical, scientific and uses what it is to be Human has helped Anne-Marie work with her clients to find a way to get their lives back working holistically. Using the latest research from neuroscience, ancient wisdom traditions, relaxation techniques, guided imagery and the resources her clients already have, she can guide them gently and holistically to find a solution to meet their needs.

Anne-Marie is passionate about teaching people how to improve their lives through knowledge of the brain and what it is to be human. Anne-Marie listens to her clients so that she can understand the world from their perspective to help them find solutions to the challenges they face in their lives. She has a particular interest in the mind body connection which helps with the holistic approach to her work. Anne-Marie believes that through knowledge and use of tried and tested techniques and understanding of what it is to be human, we all have the potential to be emotionally healthy, and psychologically and physically balanced.

Testimonials

'I am so incredibly grateful to you, for being such a source of strength, wisdom, and compassion. I don't know how people get through their lives without Anne-Maries.'

GI, USA

'After my second session with Anne-Marie I felt a huge shift. It was like the weight I had been carrying for so many years had gone. I had gone to numerous counsellors before without much success. Anne-Marie got to the root of my anxiety and released the trauma that was causing it.'

RL, Dublin
