Having seen a close friend benefit greatly from receiving Human Givens Therapy I decided to become a therapist. I have always had a keen interest in Psychological Health and Emotional Wellbeing.

I currently run a private practice in Horsham, West Sussex, where I provide one-to-one sessions in a peaceful environment.

I am passionate about the benefits and common sense approach of Human Givens, and helping clients facilitate positive changes, build resilience so that they can get back to living the life they want.

I have DBS Disclosure and ensure confidentiality at all times.
