I am a Human Givens trained Psychotherapist.

Whilst I take referrals from charities supporting military veterans, blue light service personnel and prison staff. I also have a private practice where clients from whatever walk of life can contact me directly. I do offer an initial free consultation.

My particular areas of experience are anxiety, stress and trauma. However I do work with people experiencing the whole spectrum of mental health challenges.

My aim is to help you feel better, in the fastest and most effective way. Whist empowering you with the resources and skills to achieve your goals.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and I am registered with the ICO.
