About me

Finding the right supervisor for you is about finding the person who not only has the right experience but who also “feels right”. In my experience supervision is a two-way relationship where we explore and learn together how to navigate the challenges of therapy. It is a place to be comfortable to ask the “I’m not sure what to do here” or “do you think this might work” questions.

For anyone needing supervision, I am an experienced HG Therapist and qualified HG Supervisor. I have been in private practice for over a decade helping clients through all sorts of challenges and I specialise in trauma, burnout, anxiety and grief. As a Mentor and educator in Paramedic science and sports coaching with over 20 years of experience I am skilled in guiding people on their learning journey.

I am happy to take on new supervisees and offer face to face and Zoom appointments.
