Des Rice

Des has been a business consultant, and latterly business coach, for more than 20 years. He received an OBE in 2004 for services to industry. He was also a partner in two successful businesses, sold to a FTSE 100 company, and acts as a non-executive director to other businesses. He specialises in helping individuals define their goals and clarify which unhelpful belief, attitudes and behaviours prevent the achievement of these goals. These unhelpful attitudes and behaviours lead to emotional misery. Des has a lot of experience in helping individuals overcome these limitations to ensure a productive, fulfilled and joyful life.
