About me
I am a Human Givens therapist specialising in stress and anxiety and a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. I incorporate insights and practices from mindful self-compassion into my therapy.
I work with adults, young people and teens and have experience of working with the many challenges facing young people in the world today. I also work with military veterans with PTSD; people going through loss and bereavement and a whole range of clients living with anxiety and stress with its many knock-on effects.
I am a musician by training which gives me insight into the challenges faced by people working in the creative industries. I am also active in the realm of sustainability and have explored ways of working effectively with eco-anxiety. I have experienced long covid and have insight into the challenges of living with a long-term illness together with resources from being a mindfulness teacher into ways of living well with restricted energy.
