About me
Elizabeth is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist of nearly twenty years and is able to support with a wide variety of emotional and psychological situations.
Her aim is to get you back to happy living as quickly as possible.
Creativity is often needed when someone requires help to remove an obstacle that is stopping them move forward. This, combined with a thoughtful and stimulating approach, is on offer.
Elizabeth holds the Human Givens Post-Graduate Diploma (Grade: distinction) and applies a range of counselling methods including those for trauma (PTSD) and has also been a qualified and registered teacher for over twenty years. She has worked in a brain injury rehabilitation centre for over 15 years and has extensive understanding of clients who have acquired a brain injury (ABI). She is experienced in the arena of acquired brain injury (ABI) workig both with those that have experienced a brain injury and/or supporting family members.
Elizabeth has also worked for many years with clients with ASD and ADHD traits. She can support such clients and also family members if needed.
