Testimonials

"When diagnosed with cancer, I struggled with severe anxiety due to my illness and the treatments I had to endure. Working with Iris, I learned how to manage my anxiety and regain control over my mind. Without her support and guidance, I truly don’t believe I would have been able to continue with my treatment. She helped me find the strength I didn’t know I had."

Social Worker (Anxiety)

"After suffering a concussion from a fall, I was overwhelmed by mounting depression and brain fog during my recovery. Despite pressure for the medical system I was determined to avoid anti-depressants. Iris helped me take things one day at a time, building hope for the future. Thanks to her, I made a full recovery and have returned to life with renewed clarity and confidence."

Retired Nurse (Depression)

"I felt completely trapped by my obsessive-compulsive disorder and the cycle of self-harm I had fallen into. Working with Iris gave me the tools and the support I needed to take back control of my life. She helped me rebuild my relationships and begin to believe in myself again. I can’t thank her enough for helping me rediscover my strength."
