About me
Since becoming a registered Human Givens practitioner in 2018, I have facilitated numerous positive shifts in emotional wellbeing, often over the course of just a handful of sessions.
I currently offer day-time and evening sessions, working mainly online.

I can help you to feel human again.
Prior to retraining, I spent over 25 years working in senior leadership roles in London’s lively media industry, much of this time as a single parent. I know only too well the pressures of a fast-paced environment, where at times it can be hard to prioritise your wellbeing, or even to notice what’s happening until problems have really taken hold. More recently I spent 4 years working as Head of Wellbeing at a PR agency.
This background has led me to specialise in working with busy professionals or students, with whom I am able to
· Offer flexible session slots to fit in with demanding work schedules
· Quickly get up to speed on any challenges being faced both at home and work
· Identify and address key priorities, such as building emotional resilience and self-belief
· Provide coaching and mentoring to support both personal and professional growth
As well as one to one sessions, I facilitate practical, experiential and interactive group workshops within organisations, covering a range of topics from managing stress through to leadership.
