About me

You don’t have to get worse before you can feel better. People around the world come to me for my swift, sensible, effective approach. I specialise in helping you make the changes you need, without judgment, in an average of 3-6 sessions; and as you only book one appointment at a time, you’re always in control.

Whatever the problem, we will work together
Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression or bereavement. Or you need help with relationship difficulties or family issues. Perhaps trauma or phobias, anger or addictions are holding you back. Maybe you’re just feeling stuck and looking to find a way to move forward.

No waffle
I won’t use jargon, but I will look at you as a whole person and find out about your strengths and resources, as well as what’s troubling you. You’ll come away with a clearer understanding of what you personally need to thrive in your life, as well as plenty of calming down techniques and coping strategies.

Clearer, calmer, more hopeful
You can look forward to feeling calmer and more positive after your very first session with me, knowing that you’ve been heard and supported to set suitable goals for our work together. Each session we’ll check on your progress to ensure you’re on track with where you want to be. I’ll also make you a personalised relaxation recording during each consultation, so you can enjoy relaxing as often as you like, in your own time.

I have helped many people rapidly:

  • Reduce anxiety and OCD
  • Break the cycle of depression
  • Stop panic attacks
  • Build confidence and self-worth
  • Cope with stress
  • Improve relationships and family issues
  • Recover from affairs and betrayals
  • Resolve trauma
  • Be free of phobias
  • End addictive behaviours – smoking, drinking, gambling, internet
  • Overcome disordered eating and improve body image
  • Manage anger
  • Achieve potential
  • Sleep better

I speak English and Spanish, and less fluently, but with a high level of understanding: Italian, French and Portuguese
