I am a qualified Human Givens psychotherapist focusing on helping people to move forward in their lives as quickly as possible whilst ensuring their emotional needs are met in balance.

I offer a warm and friendly, non-judgmental space and will take the time to really listen and work with you to overcome any barriers in your life and achieve lasting results. I will also equip you with an effective ‘toolbox’ empowering you to manage any setbacks in the future.

Using the latest insights from neuroscience and psychological research, the Human Givens approach focuses on evidence-based techniques proven to be effective for reducing emotional distress or behavioural problems, enabling people to lead emotionally healthy and fulfilling lives.
