About me

I have listened to people who have felt at their lowest ebb, and every session has ended with them feeling better about themselves, and more confident to face life. Whether you have suffered loss, trauma or are feeling anxious or frightened, I will teach you how to use your own resources and some genuinely effective techniques to allow you to have a fulfilling, peaceful and happier life.

I was born in Northern Ireland and grew up in India. I came back to Belfast to study art when I was 18. After graduating I followed a very winding path which included recording three albums and having three books published. Soon after the death of my second child I became depressed. I sought help to deal with the trauma and grief that I was experiencing. As I recovered I had a growing desire to help others who found themselves in a similar situation. I gained a degree in theology from Oxford University and then a Human Givens Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This led to my founding the Cor Practice, and it fills me with joy to help with the healing process in the lives of so many people.
