About me

A vastly experienced and accredited counsellor/ life coach to support you with personal, professional and academic success.

With over 20 years of experience in the NHS, addiction services and university counselling/ life coaching, I am committed to empowering you to build upon your inner resources to make life fulfilling for you.

I have helped many people to overcome addictions (gambling, gaming, sex and/ or pornography, drugs and alcohol) and build a new and more meaningful life. Whether it’s personal, professional, or academic success that you are looking for, I am keen to offer my behaviour change expertise and experience.

Sessions are pragmatic and not “all-talk”.

If it’s trauma that you’re dealing with, then I have the skills and experience to aid you. If you find yourself “over-thinking things” or having trouble sleeping, I can guide you to escape this cycle and find a more peaceful way of being. We can work side by side and you will no longer struggle alone.

Join me in a non-judgemental and confidential listening space to discover imaginative and innovative ways to live life. I use solution-oriented, skills-focused approaches to support professionals, students, and other clients in reaching realistic targets, often in just a few sessions.
