About me

As a Human Givens psychotherapist I will listen, really listen to what you have to say. This helps me understand you, and who you really are as a person.

The person that I am speaking with is often different from the person that other people see.

Together we will explore the issues that have brought you to therapy, along with what you would like to achieve as a result of our time together.

My aim is to help you to get to where you need to be in the shortest time possible for you.

Between sessions we may agree on a task or two that you may benefit from carrying out. Any task that you carry out between sessions will be by mutual agreement.

My approach is warm and compassionate, there may even be a little humour at times, if appropriate, as we work towards helping you achieve your goal(s).
