About me
Melanie has a friendly, warm disposition, welcoming you to meet in person in her private office in Marbella, Spain or online to talk about making life work for you now. She is passionate about seeing her clients leave her office with a changed demeanour, knowing that whatever challenges or mental health issues they find problematic, she is confident they will see positive change.
She has worked as a counsellor over the past three decades in faith-based environments bringing hope and change to peoples´ lives in a variety of life situations. She has at times used music and creativity to explore the process of healing.
Melanie is also a qualified Human Givens psychotherapist, a scientifically based approach using findings from psychology and neuroscience. This enhances her work with clients who bring a need for simple life challenges, to those with more complex mental health difficulties.
She holds the Spanish equivalent to DBS which allows her to work with children and the vulnerable. Presently she is unable to take any private insurance payments. As Human Needs Therapy is quick and very effective, with a solution focus, you can decide how many sessions you would like, depending on what you need to achieve.

DEPRESSION AND RELATIONSHIPS:
