About me

Nicola is a Human Givens psychotherapist with a growing private practice in Devon. Nicola’s approach is practical and solutions-focused, and she works to enable people to feel better and move on with their lives as quickly as possible.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Nicola worked extensively for the United Nations on the refugee crisis in the Middle East. She is well practiced at supporting people in challenging situations and she is committed to increasing resilience and confidence in clients, whatever their circumstances.

Nicola holds degrees in Humanitarian and Development Practice (MSc) and Arabic (MA Hons), as well as the Human Givens psychotherapy diploma (HG Dip P). She has enhanced DBS clearance.

Sessions with Nicola last one hour and her aim is to help clients to create lasting positive change and to feel better in as few sessions as possible.
