About me

I am a Human Givens therapist and a registered social worker with over 30 years experience of supporting people with a wide range of needs.

I specialise in working with teenagers and families, and with adults experiencing trauma. I mostly work from my home-base in Norwich but I am happy to meet people online or in their own homes if this is appropriate.
