About me

Offering personalised online therapy, if you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma or addiction, I am here to support you. I can also help if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or facing challenges in your work or relationships. If concentration, academic pressures, or life changes or family issues are weighing on you, I’m here to help.

Alongside a successful career in Business IT, I have been studying and working part-time in mental health since 2009. I spent six years working with the NHS in a trauma psychotherapy service. Since then, I’ve continued as a volunteer counsellor and mentor at Childline, supporting young people up to age 19, as well as working in my private practice.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and solution-focused. I offer sessions online, placing a strong emphasis on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I use the Human Givens approach to psychotherapy and counselling – a solution-oriented method designed to help individuals enhance their well-being, often within just 4-6 sessions. This approach is practical and adaptable, drawing on the latest insights from neuroscience and psychological research, combined with effective techniques from various therapeutic models. With this personalised approach, I aim to provide clarity and consistency to supporting you.
