Rosie has a particular specialisation in perinatal mental health, offering expert support to parents during pregnancy and the early years of their child’s life. She understands the unique pressures that this time can bring and provides tailored therapy to help parents navigate these challenges with confidence and calm.
In addition to her private practice, Rosie is the Founder and Managing Director of Nurture the Borders, a charity dedicated to supporting the mental health of parents. Within this role, she provides specialist therapy and works closely with perinatal mental health teams to deliver education and resources that empower families during this critical period.
Rosie’s previous work in the NHS and local government, where she led initiatives to reduce inequalities and support marginalised communities, enriches her therapeutic practice. Her commitment to inclusivity and understanding ensures that all clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported on their journey to better mental health.
