About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I am experienced in various disciplines of therapy having worked therapeutically all of my career alongside various other roles. I am also a highly experienced social care professional, trainer and mediator. I have worked with mental health, in social work, child protection, safeguarding and in the courts all of my career since 1983.

I am passionate about helping people and their mental health/well-being and provide bespoke, individually tailored, professional therapy, support and guidance designed to meet people’s needs, help them feel better and enhance their overall well-being.
I work with individuals, couples and families in working with complex mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, neurodiversity, eating disorders and gender dysphoria.

Dependent upon location I am in a position to offer people appointments at my office or face to face home visits. I also work online.

Testimonials

'I listen for a call, do I dare speak out at all?
Voices in my mind , feels like everyone is blind
Does no one see this, never ending pain?
Is there anyone to blame?
A war in my mind and somehow I managed to find you
You gave me the bravery and courage I need to stand
You are always there to reach out a hand
And you made the stars that healed my scars
And I won't bleed anymore
You grew flowers in the darkest parts of me.'
