About me

My aim is always to help clients take back control of their lives quickly and effectively. I tailor my counselling sessions to suit individual client needs, drawing from a range of techniques and solution-focused therapeutic approaches, particularly mindfulness and human givens. I guarantee that I will always take as few sessions as possible, measure each client’s progress every step of the way and help them to learn new skills that they can apply immediately to manage stress.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I ran several successful businesses both in Ireland and the UK in fields as diverse as catering, driving instructing and software localisation. I later taught courses in all types of business subjects, including IT, accounting and entrepreneurship for local development partnerships, VECs and enterprise boards.
