I provide online therapy, specialising in assisting individuals with anxiety, addiction, mild depression, psychological trauma, life direction, relationships, financial stress, and diversity and gender issues.

With over a decade of experience as a Human Givens therapist, I am committed to understanding and addressing each client’s unique concerns. Working collaboratively within the holistic and evidence-based framework of Human Givens Therapy, we will identify the changes you wish to make and equip you with the essential knowledge and tools for effective, lasting transformations. I offer a supportive and empathetic online environment to foster personal growth and healing, ensuring you feel better from the very first session.
