About me

Most people come to therapy because they feel stuck in some way, and my job is to help you to become unstuck. Whether your problem is deep-seated or involves trauma of some kind, or whether you would just like to conquer a phobia or need help coping with a life-changing event, my aim is to enable you to start feeling better from the very first session, and to give you hope that things can change for the better. I will enable you to harness your own innate skills and resources, and gain new perspectives on your problem, giving you the tools to move forwards with your life.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, enabling me to work with children. I am also a qualified hypnotherapist working from the Solution-Focused approach.

Prior to becoming a Human Givens therapist, I spent 11 years working as a reflexologist. Nine of those years were spent as a volunteer reflexologist at a cancer support centre (The Mulberry Centre, at West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth), helping people diagnosed with cancer, their carers, and those bereaved through cancer. Since 2013 I have been employing my Human Givens skills there by working as an HG Counsellor instead, helping all those affected by a Cancer diagnosis.

I currently work from my practice room at home which is in the centre of Teddington, close to the station and several bus routes, and which has free parking. Please email me for an information sheet for more information on sessions, terms of business, and details of how to find me,

Testimonials

"Juliette was really warm and welcoming as soon as I met her. She greatly put me at ease, which meant we could start immediately focusing on getting me better. I found the rewind technique really helpful especially with some of the more traumatic memories I needed to forget. Through only a few sessions I was feeling so much happier about life and was able to start focusing on the positives"

26-year-old woman

"When I first met Juliette I was in fragments. I was very stressed and tense. Over the course of the next few weeks Juliette gave me tools to control stress. I cannot thank her enough for the confidence I now have to tackle my life and most important for me I can ride in a lift; no more climbing flights of stairs"

81 year old woman with life-long claustrophobia

"What I experienced going through the Rewind session with Juliette was a sense of calm which quelled the feelings of panic I normally associate with spiders. Looking at myself from the outside made me feel sorry for the scared child I saw and sympathetic to her fears"

50-year-old with a life-long spider phobia

"In this session, I felt safe and comfortable enough to talk about something very deep routed and painful, which I have not been able to open up to others about and knew that I would be able to talk about solutions and positive steps forward without fear of being judged. This is really valuable to me."

35-yr-old woman with complex childhood trauma

"An absolutely huge thank you to Juliette for every session we had together. Juliette listened to me carefully, gave brilliant coping mechanisms and brought me out of quite a low place"
