Kim is passionate about helping clients gain a clearer understanding of what might be going on for them when experiencing mental health difficulties, and most importantly what can be done to improve and feel better about them.
The therapy provided by Kim uses the scientifically based Human Givens approach which incorporates important findings from psychology and neuroscience. This approach to therapy provides fast, effective relief from emotional distress, focusing on the future, rather than dwelling unduly on the past. Using a practical framework for achieving emotional and clear thinking, together with Kim you will explore ways to improve your own wellbeing.

Kim holds an enhanced DBS disclosure and works from therapy rooms in Melton Mowbray, Stamford and Oakham. She is also happy to hold sessions online, over the telephone, or visit clients at home if applicable.
Kim offers a solution-focused approach to therapy in and around the East Midlands area. As a Human Givens therapist, Kim employs a range of Human Givens techniques, including the Rewind protocol which is used to treat PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
