Tiffany Armitage

I work with adults and young people and am fully DBS checked and insured.

I have been working in with clients therapeutically for over 10 years at my practice in Devon and online. This is a purpose built practice with plenty of on street parking.

I have particular knowledge and experience in supporting people with neurodiversity to lift anxiety and depression.

I have a specialism in solution focused therapy and am a visiting lecture at the University of Plymouth on the Solution Focused Practitioners, and have co-published a book “The Art of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy”

I have a variety of past work experience that has supported the development of my practice; for example I have a Masters in science, am a qualified mindfulness teacher and also have worked with young people excluded from mainstream school.
