Alongside my trainee therapy practice, I work for Farleigh Hospice supporting patients with a life-limiting disease and their families by providing emotional, practical, and financial support. Therefore, I am particularly interested in supporting people experiencing loss, bereavement, and grief.

Testimonials

"I wanted to express my thanks for all the support and guidance you have provided me during my recent period of anxiety, low mood etc. Your understanding and expertise have made a significant difference in my life, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help me feel better again."

Andy (anxiety & low-mood)

"I can’t thank Paul enough for helping me overcome my lifelong phobia of deep water. I honestly thought it would take months—if not years—to shift such a deeply rooted fear, but after my time with Paul, I noticed a remarkable difference.
His calm, reassuring presence immediately put me at ease, and I felt safe and understood throughout the entire process. Paul created a space where I could face my fear without feeling overwhelmed or judged, and his approach was both gentle and incredibly effective.
What felt impossible before now feels completely manageable—and even exciting. I still can’t quite believe how quickly things changed, and I’m so grateful to Paul for guiding me through it with such care and professionalism.
I would highly recommend Paul to anyone struggling with a phobia—you don’t have to live with it!"
