About me

A committed trainee of the Human Givens Diploma programme, I fully embrace its holistic approach, which combines the most effective elements of psychology and neuroscience to help individuals meet their essential emotional needs and enhance their overall mental health and well-being. Currently, I am engaged in work across private practice, the NHS, and educational settings. Beyond therapy, I actively contribute to two nonprofit organisations: We Rise Brixton in London and One Step Borders in Scotland, where I take on a mentoring role. My involvement with these organisations centres on supporting young people with a variety of challenges, including relationships, health and well-being and employment.

My deep curiosity about the intricate connection between the body and mind, particularly in the context of mental and emotional well-being, has been a significant driving force in my career. I am captivated by the workings of the brain and believe that, when understood and harnessed effectively, it holds the key to human flourishing. Personal experiences with stress, both in my life and the workplace, as well as observing the emotional challenges faced by children and young people, have guided me towards mentoring and eventually into counselling and psychotherapy. My journey began with a focus on improving my own well-being, self-development, and relationships, which naturally led me to this field.

I strongly believe in the potential for individuals to grow, progress, and uncover hidden aspects of themselves that may have been overlooked for various reasons. My goal is to assist people in navigating the challenges they face and transforming their current situations into the stories they aspire to live. I am here to support you on your journey towards emotional and mental well-being, helping you to thrive and overcome the challenges in your path.
