Testimonials

Otti is compassionate and thoughtful in her approach, which, ultimately, was exactly what I was looking for. I find her approach to incorporate meditation in her sessions to be absolutely brilliant. I recommend her highly.

Abhinav Grama, Neuroscientist, 2023

An insightful and compassionate professional who helped me immensely in a very short period of time. Highly recommend.

Milly Burroughs, writer, 2023

Otti was a fantastic help to me when I was struggling with variable things within my life here in Berlin. I attended 6 sessions with her and each taught me something new about myself and how to navigate better different parts and challenges in my life. I’m so grateful for the techniques she’s taught me in dealing with my anxieties and worries and helped me on my journey to set solid boundaries. She is very thoughtful and a great listener and always has new ways of looking a situations. I’m so grateful I met her and attended these sessions with her.

Callum O'Neill, graphic designer, 2023

Otti is an amazing therapist. She is very patient, approachable, calm, listens well to our concerns and provides the right advice. Her rewind technique helped me overcome my traumatic experiences in the past. I felt at ease during my sessions with her and I'm glad she helped me at the right time.

Dhivya Venugopal, 2022

I came to the first session with Otti with what felt like numerous problems. Often times it turned out these seemingly indefinite number of problems stemmed from a few certain themes recurring in my life. Otti helped me see this by asking helpful guiding questions with compassion and kindness. I've also learned to cultivate compassion for myself. Huge thanks to Otti!
