About me

I’ve been working with people seeking to improve their lives in various ways for many years, and a few years ago I decided to study psychology at the Open University and then trained in the Human Needs approach to emotional well-being. I completed the diploma course which I passed with merit and went on to pass the Post-graduate diploma to become a practitioner accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I have also taught the Alexander Technique for many years as well as working with a charity for homeless people and both these occupations have increased my interest in people from every walk of life and in different conditions.

Myself, I enjoy music, gardening, dancing, walking swimming, reading and generally being outdoors as much as possible. I have 3 grown-up children and two grandchildren.
